Underfoot Worlds Tiny Hikers #7

The new installment of the Underfoot World series features tiny plastic backpacker figures, originally designed for model train sets, as part of my macro nature photography. After capturing the images, I digitally alter their faces to create a more realistic appearance, resulting in a subtle yet unsettling uncanny valley effect. These miniature explorers provide a playful yet disorienting sense of scale, transforming lichen, bark, and moss into vast imagined landscapes.

The high-quality giclée print is created from my macro photograph and is printed on archival matte paper.
